# Report a vulnerability

We sell security and CRA readiness, so we hold ourselves to the same rules. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in one of our products, in our cloud service or in this website, please tell us.

## How to report

Write to [info@edge-sdn.com](mailto:info@edge-sdn.com?subject=Security%20report) with the subject "Security report". Please include the product and version, a description of the issue, the steps to reproduce it and your contact for follow-up questions. Do not include personal data of third parties.

## What you can expect

- We confirm that we received your report within 3 working days
- We tell you our assessment and the planned next steps
- We keep you informed until the issue is fixed, and we credit you if you wish
- We do not take legal action against people who report in good faith and follow the rules below

## What we ask

- Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you make it public
- Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, and do not disrupt our services or our customers' production
- Do not test on systems installed at our customers
