THE EDGE SDN PARTNER PROGRAM
The Partner program is structured around how you deliver value to customers prioritizing partner sup- port. Partners have a central role, and therefore we believe in a culture of simplicity and Partner centricity, where we uniquely position our partners to fully take advantage of Edge SDN to build together value for our partner’s customers.
Program Partner includes:
Sales and Marketing resources
Access to technical support
Partner tools to manage renewals, leads, syndicated content and more
Our partner program does not have any levels of participation or differentiation. Each partner is a Platinum partner with the highest level of discounts, rebates, priority support, cooperative marketing funds, deal registration, tools, and resources. Any special pricing or discount is subject to sales conditions and is dealt with separately.
EDGE SDN RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Sign mutual non-disclosure agreement with the partner and act conscientiously and in good faith
SALE AND MARKETING SUPPORT
Provide sales and marketing support, which may include joint-marketing activities such as tradeshows, seminars, webinars, direct mail efforts and web site listings and press release
Provide Support Services to the partner or, in accordance with the partner, to End User’s authorized contact
- Demo: Provide a fully functional demo version of the product to show and promote the product to end user
- Proof of Value: in accordance with the partner Edge SND shall provide the product to the partner’s End User for evaluation purposes
- Product training: Provide product training with technical instructions and user guides relating to the Products
Grants to the partner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Edge SDN’s trademarks and logos
PARTNERS RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Sign mutual non-disclosure agreement with Stoorm5 and act conscientiously and in good faith.
In accordance with Stoorm5 may provide the product to End User for evaluation purposes
Use its best endeavors to promote and sell the Product throughout the Territory with all due care and diligence, participating in joint-marketing activities
Grants to Edge SDN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Partner’s trademarks and logos
RESELL, REFER OR INTRODUCE
Authorized to resell, introduce, or refer, Edge SDN product to End Users throughout the assigned territory
LEAD REGISTRATION AND PROTECTION
Submit a lead registration, with respect to each potential order to be eligible for a margin. Lead registration grants partners a lead protection for an agreed period
Provide the following services: Proof of Value, Support Services, First Level Support
