Report a vulnerability

We sell security and CRA readiness, so we hold ourselves to the same rules. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in one of our products, in our cloud service or in this website, please tell us.

How to report

Write to info@edge-sdn.com with the subject "Security report". Please include the product and version, a description of the issue, the steps to reproduce it and your contact for follow-up questions. Do not include personal data of third parties.

What you can expect

• We confirm that we received your report within 3 working days
• We tell you our assessment and the planned next steps
• We keep you informed until the issue is fixed, and we credit you if you wish
• We do not take legal action against people who report in good faith and follow the rules below

What we ask

• Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you make it public
• Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, and do not disrupt our services or our customers' production
• Do not test on systems installed at our customers
